Liaison Officer, Medical Education Issues, International Federation of Medical Students’ Associations (IFMSA)
Alexander Lachapelle is a senior medical student at McGill University, in Canada, and the student representative on the WFME Executive Council. He currently serves as Liaison Officer for Medical Education of the International Federation of Medical Student Associations (IFMSA), representing 1.3 million medical students from 122 countries. He has authored and contributed to several international research projects in medical education and simulation. Alexander has experience representing students and non-government organizations nationally and internationally. His fields of interest include medical education, healthcare innovation and technologies, and healthcare policy.
