Djona Avocksouma

Djona Atchénémou Avocksouma is associate professor in Public Health and Management Sciences, at the University of N’Djamena, Chad. He has an interest in evaluation of health programs and policies, and is particularly active within the CAMES (Conseil Africain et Malgache pour l’Enseignement Supérieur). Djona Avocksouma was the Minister of Higher Education and Minister of Public Health in Chad and was also a regional adviser for human resources for health in the WHO regional office for Africa for six years.
