Dr Uchechukwu Arum is the current Chair of Junior Doctor’s Network of World Medical Association.
He was previously the JDN education director for three years.
He is currently a specialist registrar in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in West Midlands deanery in the United Kingdom. He is interested in improving women’s health, global health, medical leadership and in the advancement of medical education.
He is the past Chief registrar of the Dudley group NHS trust and a past Chair of the British Medical Association West Midlands Regional Junior Doctor’s Committee.
He obtained his MBBS from University of Nigeria. He has held several medical leadership positions both in Nigeria and United Kingdom.
