Liaison Officer, Medical Education Issues, International Federation of Medical Students’ Associations (IFMSA)
Ms. Alaa Dafallah is a 6th-year medical student from Faculty of Medicine, University of Khartoum, Sudan with 5 years of experience in the field of student advocacy and medical education development in Sudan and Africa. She currently serves as Liaison Officer for Medical Education at the International Federation of Medical Student Associations (IFMSA), representing 1.3 million medical students from 127 countries. Her interests and involvement in medical education include curriculum development, accreditation and social accountability. Alaa aspires to pursue a career in medical education and health workforce planning working to address and tackle the existing gaps in her region and globally.
