Professor Jadwiga Mirecka

Jadwiga Mirecka

Jadwiga Mirecka, MD, PhD, is currently Professor of Histology and Vice-Dean in the Andrzej Frycz Modrzewski Krakow University, Poland. She is also Professor Emeritus of the Medical College of Jagiellonian University, Krakow, Poland.

National involvement: past Vice-President of the Accreditation Committee for Polish Medical UniversitiesEMPE, member of the former National Bologna Experts team and of governmental working groups involved in preparation of the Polish Qualifications Framework.

International involvement: former member of the Executive Committees of EMPE, AMEE, Orpheus and current member of the Orpheus Labeling Board. She took part in the two European projects related to medical education: MEDINE I and MEDINE II.

From 2013-2015, Professor Mirecka served as an external expert in the medical field for the Kosovo Accreditation Agency.
