Dr Toshimasa Yoshioka

Toshimasa Yoshioka MD, PhD is Chancellor of Tokyo Women’s Medical University (Tokyo, Japan).  He served as the president of WPAME between 2006 and 2010.  He is a board member of the Committee for constructing the program evaluation system for medical schools, The Association of Japanese Medical Colleges, of National council for university chartering and school juridical person, Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Japan.
