WFME signs ICRC statement on right to healthcare in armed conflict December 2016

WFME joins ten other global healthcare organisations as a signatory on the International Committee of the Red Cross  to speak out in support of the Health Care in Danger initiative. The statement forcefully renews a collective call for wounded and sick people’s right to health care during armed conflict to be respected and protected, and for attacks on health personnel and facilities to stop.
